"Wife and I were in the market for a hot tub. Reviews pointed us to Sunset Spas in Glendale. Walked in off the street not knowing what to expect but right out of the gate Mark greeted us with a smile and showed us around the floor. He was cordial and very professional. He strategically walked us through the entire selection process. He asked a lot of qualifying questions to help us determine the right type of spa. He was very open and upfront regarding the order and delivery process. We don't like surprises and there were none to be had. Sunset Spas works with a third party vendor for the installation process and everything went as smooth as silk. We did have a 4 month wait for our spa BUT we are enjoying it now and couldn't be happier with Mark's recommendations. I continue to go back into the store for tips on spa care and Mark is ALWAYS happy to answer. He's also a cool person to talk to and owns a spa himself.
